Lacquer sandinig and fine finishing
Within the Elite range several other applications exist which show the philosophy
of Boere to deliver tailor-made sanding solutions for individual customers.
The lacquer sanding and fine finishing machine is such an application.
Elite Lac
The
lacquer sanding and fine finishing machine Elite LAC has been especially designed
for sanding of primed and filled surfaces as the final preparation before they
are being lacquered. At the same time materials such as MDF, lacquer supports
and other similar materials can be fine finished. The Elite LAC can be delivered
in 1100 and 1300 mm working width having 1 or 2 contact rollers. The large diameter
of the contact roller provides for a large contact area with the workpiece to
be sanded. Through the standard lower working height and the optional in-line
system, the Elite LAC can be easily commissioned in a lacquering line.
Elite T
The
normal wide belt sander can, besides sanding wood, also be applied for sanding
of lacquer. However, to this end the machine needs to be adjusted on several
points. Among others a variable sanding belt speed, a vacuum table and a sanding
belt blowing device have to be built-in.
