Wide belt sanders of the Elite range are installed into industrial businesses.
However, the Elite can also be the optimum machine for smaller companies with
a wide variety of operations. A custom built machine for every business.
Top
sanding machine, which can be equipped with 1 through to 4 sanding units in
different combinations of contact roller, sanding pad or combi unit. Working
widths from 600 to 1300 mm. A wide diversity of materials can be sanded with
this machine.
Bottom
sanding machine, with an identical technical specification to the Elite T wide
belt sander. It is mainly used to form a complete sanding line with the top
sanding wide belt sander. If very thin materials have to be sanded, the bottom
sander, in adapted version, is installed as stand alone unit.
A
bottom and top sanding machine are commissioned in a sanding line to increase
production : in this configuration workpieces are sanded both on the bottom
and top side in a single pass.
The
Elite HD is a further continuation of the Elite T. The machine has, in the standard
technical specification, a heavier and more sturdy frame as well as heavier
sanding belt motors. Working width in standard specification is 1650 mm.
