of Boere to deliver tailor-made sanding solutions for individual customers.
The structuring brush machine is such an application : solid wood and veneered
parts to create a rustic effect by brushing away the soft annual rings.
Different types of structuration brushes can be applied. Some examples are :
- Brush provided with Michelin steel wire with which the softer parts of the
wood can be brushed or textured; - Nylon abrasive brush having different grains
for structuring the softer wood types, for finishing already structured workpieces
or for finishing lacquered workpieces; - Abrasive sanding strip brushes for
structuring those workpieces who can not be sanded on a traditional wide belt
sander because of their irregular shapes.
